Business Office Clerk / 2 positions available (full-time) Monday – Friday 8am – 4:40pm: Must have verbal skills to present information and ideas essential to supervisory duties and to understand general business office and practice; capable of dealing with people and working closely with patients; workable knowledge of safety procedures; must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language; must have patience and enthusiasm as well as the willingness and ability to handle difficult situations with good judgment; must be able to work as a team member; must be willing to learn.

Specific duties and responsibilities: Join our incredible patient-centered and service-oriented team. Performs routine business office duties in accordance with established procedures and methods. Performs a variety typing and clerical duties in connection with patients’ insurance. May receive and record payments made by patients. Relays incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls using a multiple position telephone system.
