COVID-19 Vaccine Information and Registration

The Covid-19 Vaccine is currently being given to individuals in Group 2. The pace at which we are able to provide vaccinations is dependent upon vaccine availability and evolving State and Federal guidance. It is not mandated that anyone receive the vaccine. All phases are based upon vaccine availability. 

Group 2: General Public

• Anyone age 16+ (Moderna Vaccine is 18+)
