Biography:

Dr. Joseph Browne graduated from CSU Pueblo in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med. Dr. Browne then joined the United States Air Force in 1989 with the dream of earning the opportunity for the Health Professions Scholarship Program. This path led him to earn his commission by Officer Training School and worked as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Officer. It was in the Air Force that Joe received a Master of Science in 1993. By hard work and determination, Dr. Browne was selected for a military scholarship in 1995, which guaranteed him the opportunity to have a full military career. Dr. Browne then completed his schooling at the Osteopathic school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 1999. Thrilled by the challenge of evaluating and treating a diverse variance of ages, Dr. Browne pursued a Family Practice Residency from Saint Luis University in 2002. Eager to learn more, Dr. Browne completed a graduate year in Emergency Medicine at Wilford Hall in 2007. While learning, Dr. Browne served two deployments in Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan before retiring from the United States Air Force in 2013. Dr. Browne has enjoyed coming to the area for years. He is excited to finally be able to put down roots in the Valley!
