Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN (full-time) at Rio Grande Hospital night shift opening for am LPN on the medical floor. Previous leadership experience in a critical access hospital highly recommended. Must possess a current Colorado LPN license along with experience providing direct patient care in a hospital or nursing home. In this role, the LPN ensures that optimal care is provided to all patients by working at the top of their license- utilizing all aspects of their scope of practice. Promotes the optimal health, wellbeing, and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
