Cash Gifts

Cash gifts can be made by check, credit card, or money order. To make a cash gift, print and complete the giving form and send it to: Rio Grande Hospital, 310 County Rd. 14, Del Norte, CO 81132, Attn: Eva Timberlake. Please make checks payable to: Rio Grande Hospital and write Enterprise Zone in the Memo line. We will provide a letter for your record keeping and tax files (please provide your tax ID and phone number).
