Rio Grande Hospitals (RGH) Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is wanting to hear your story about your experiences (good or bad) with RGH. Our goal is to provide exceptional health care to the communities we serve. Your stories matter to us.

You can choose to come to our quarterly meeting or, share with us via telephone or email. You can remain anonymous if your prefer.

At Rio Grande Hospital (RGH), we know that in order to improve the overall experience, we need to understand the point of view of our patients and their families. Patient and Family Advisors will provide a unique and effective way for us to receive and respond to the input of our patients and family members.

We are currently seeking advisors that are willing to volunteer their time to help improve the way we provide care. These advisors will work in partnership with RGH leadership, providers, and staff to strengthen communication, promote patient advocacy, and help develop programs, services, and policies.
