You can make a planned gift to Rio Grande Hospital by naming Rio Grande Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary of your last will and testament, life insurance policy, or retirement plan. It’s as simple as you filling out a non-contractual Letter of Membership to the Legacy Group here, which is an “honor” membership with no obligation and the amount of your gift is known only by you.
