Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper (full-time) Post business transactions Daily Deposits, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization Maintain records of outstanding payables Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: A degree is not mandatory an understanding of basic bookkeeping

Equipment Knowledge: Quick Books professional, Attention to detail and ensure accuracy of work. Organizational, Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs, and email at a highly proficient level, Handle stress effectively without it interfering with performance.

Education: High School Diploma,

Experience: Accounts payable preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have verbal skills to present information and ideas essential to supervisory duties and to understand general Accounting and practice; capable of dealing with people and working closely with CFO; must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language; must have patience and enthusiasm as well as the willingness and ability to handle difficult situations with good judgment; must be able to work as a team member; must be willing to learn.
