Biography:

Elisa Mullikin PA-C is a graduate from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where she received her Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies. She achieved her undergraduate degree at Western State Colorado University, in Gunnison, CO where she graduated with honors cum laude with Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry.

Elisa completed her masters research thesis in Female Athlete Triad; for Long Distance Runners, Signs, Symptoms, Recognition, and Risk Reduction. She has particular interests in women’s health and pediatrics. But, enjoys seeing the wide variety seen in Family Medicine.

After completing her Masters degree Elisa was excited to move back to Colorado, where she was born and raised. She worked locally in Alamosa, CO for 2 years in Family Medicine and acute care. Growing up in a small rural town, Mancos, CO; Elisa was excited to take the opportunity and change to work in Creede. She has always loved the outdoors, and enjoys being in the mountains. Elisa is an avid runner, she ran collegiately for Western State in undergrad and has still continued. She now enjoys running longer distance and doing ultra-trail marathons. She also enjoys down hill and cross country skiing which she has been doing since the age of 3. Elisa likes going fishing with her family, despite not knowing how to fish but enjoys watching and goes along so she get out and hike. She loves taking her Australian Shepard Molly Brown for hikes. When not on the move Elisa enjoys to garden, she loves to grow vegetable and flowers.

Elisa is happy to have such a wonderful area to call her new home, and excited to become an avid part of the Creede community.
