Gifts in Honor

Giving a gift in honor of a friend, loved one, or community member is a touching way to pay tribute to the contributions they have made in your life while contributing to Rio Grande Hospital’s life-saving work.

Gifts can be made to honor a special event such as a birthday or an anniversary or simply as a way to let someone know you have them in your thoughts.

An acknowledgment card will be sent to the honored individual without mentioning the amount of the gift.

To make a donation, please download and print the giving form and mail it in with a check or money order.  You can also bring in the donation form to the hospital to pay by credit card. (We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
