Biography:
Dr. Chang specializes in corneal transplants, LASIK surgery, glaucoma, and other anterior segment disorders. He prides himself on being at the forefront of the latest technologies and techniques and is actively involved in several current research studies.

Dr. Chang completed his undergraduate degree at the Johns Hopkins University in 1992 and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Kresge Eye Institute in Michigan and his fellowship training at the University of Arizona in the field of cornea, refractive surgery, and external disease.

Dr. Chang takes pride in educating his patients thoroughly so they are personally involved in their vision care. Patient satisfaction is his highest priority.
