Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN): (Full-time in Del Norte) 3 x 12 hour shifts: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical-Surgical RN to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and evidence-based practices.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to coordinate care.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Colorado.
- BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $32.00 – $45.00 (dependent on experience and certifications).
Shift Differentials:
- $3.00/hour for weekday evenings/nights.
- $4.00/hour for weekend evenings/nights.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for a 2-year commitment.
